In a town filled with hardworking people, there was a group of ten members who stood out from the rest. Unlike others, they preferred to earn money through clever schemes like short-term investments that promised quick returns. With each successful venture, they flaunted their wealth, showing off their "smart" methods and the luxurious lifestyle it afforded them.

One day, a man known for his charm and intelligence appeared in town. He presented himself as a successful entrepreneur and boasted of his high-end lifestyle. Impressed, the group thought that having him join their circle might bring them even greater success, so they invited him to join them.

At first, he declined politely, saying he was comfortable working alone. But after a while, he accepted their invitation and became part of the group. Gradually, the man began promising the group investments that would multiply their savings, luring them with visions of luxury and prosperity.

The group members eagerly handed over their hard-earned money, and he returned a small profit to them, keeping them enticed. “Larger investments mean larger returns,” he said, encouraging them to put in even more. Driven by greed, the group members borrowed heavily from the bank and handed him a much larger sum. The man skillfully used his charm to build trust and create an illusion of legitimacy. He hosted lavish gatherings and showcased fake successes, all while quietly pocketing their money.

Days turned into weeks, and the group buzzed with excitement, convinced they were on the verge of a massive financial gain. But as time passed, the man disappeared without a trace, leaving them in utter shock. Their dreams of wealth dissolved, replaced by the harsh reality of betrayal. Heartbroken and angry, the group members joined forces, determined to uncover the truth and seek justice. But all the information they had about the man turned out to be vague and unreliable. They soon felt the mocking eyes of the townspeople on them, a reminder of their own ego and greed.

Through this painful experience, the group learned that sometimes the brightest smiles conceal the darkest intentions. In their eagerness for quick wealth, they had overlooked one of the most important lessons of all : trust must be earned, not given blindly.
